Wait for VISN at 3.5

A reader requested a stock chart for VISN:

I looked at this one about a month ago and it looked primed to break out but it didn't. Instead it broke down and fell to support at 4.6. Then the stock market correction/crash killed it. Looking back I regret not offering an exit strategy on VISN in the event that it did not break out and will do so for future chart requests. In general anytime a stock breaks support then the stock holder should review whether or not to sell the stock. That's why I draw all the support/resistance levels out on my charts: to know my exit levels as well as my price targets. Anyway, now VISN has climbed above support at 3.82. If VISN drops to 3.51 again and holds then I would like it as a long play. But for now VISN is at the mercy of the general stock market direction.
