Take profits in IYR

Here's a stock call that I really nailed: IYR. In December I said to wait for IYR to hit 42 (chart #138), then recently I was again asked about IYR (chart #261), and I said it's almost at 42, and to be precise watch for it to hit 41.4. And IYR hit a low of 41.71, off by 31 cents! NOT BAD!! Since then IYR has been on a tear.

For now IYR just barely closed above resistance at 48 which is bullish. IYR has been in this large upwards channel for the past year and I expect it to continue. But at this time I'm waiting for SPY 115.14 to take profit in IYR.
